Blue Room was conceptualized in the fall of 2019 to create a new kind of investment group that would employ 10% of Blue Room revenue back into the community. We want to use the power of business to do good.

Blue Room FUND ONE —— We hand public companies that we feel are dramatically undervalued that are poised to generate significant profits, while also hedging against potential downside interruptions in the financial markets. We do not merely follow a company’s two-dimensional axis of X and Y, profit over time. We look into each business’s possibility, why it flourishes, how it withstands turmoil, and what factors allow it to thrive.
Recognizing that our investors seek human betterment as well as financial returns, we offer additional ways to put dollars to work generating social good through BLUE ROOM IMPACT. BLUE ROOM IMPACT allows investors to participate in a communal form of angel investment backing fledgling companies with potential to drive meaningful change in the world. For example, we have established a partnership to fund a regenerative agriculture project, reviving dryland farming in a way that uses less water, amends the soil, and grows better-tasting, more nutritious food. As this business grows, so do our shared revenues, and we generate incalculable human returns at the same time. Because Blue Room team members are deeply inspired by art, we also offer investors the unique opportunity to back artists like Eduardo Sarabia. At Blue Room, we seek to put exciting and unusual opportunities before our investors, in the form of both classic wealth creation and novel impact investing.
Finally, Blue Room incorporates philanthropy directly into our business model, at no additional cost to investors. We take the standard 1% fee, but we give away ten percent of that income to local nonprofits. We are inspired by the idea of “togetherism,” our term for making capitalism work harder. Based on the idea of tithing, ten percent of our revenues before expenses are put into a dedicated account for philanthropic grants of our unique choosing. As your wealth grows, so does our capacity for philanthropy. The more zeroes we make, the more zeroes we can share.
